According to the university's holiday arrangements, the winter vacation schedule will be implemented from January 19 to February 24, 2026, with all staff taking turns to be on leave. During the nine-day Spring Festival Holiday (from February 15 to February 23) , there will be no service provided.

1. During the winter vacation, the office hours of the International Students Division are as follows:

Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. 1:00 p.m-5:00 pm.

2. The office hours of the visa agent company are:

January 19 – February 9: Tuesday, Thursday 1:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Every Thursday afternoon 1:00 p.m.-3:30 p.m.
